1. Service purpose

MiM is a digital tool for menu, ordering, reservation and internal hospitality operations. The service is provided “as is”, subject to technical availability and ongoing product evolution.

2. Use under business responsibility

The venue using MiM is solely responsible for prices, stock, availability, allergens, tax data, legal compliance and final customer service.

3. Liability disclaimer

To the maximum extent allowed by law, MiM, its owner and collaborators are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from:

4. Uploaded content and data

All content uploaded by the venue (texts, images, prices, allergens, reservations, staff and customer data) is under its sole responsibility. MiM does not guarantee accuracy, completeness or legal validity of third-party supplied content.

5. Security and accounts

The venue must safeguard credentials, devices and active sessions. Any action taken with authorized users will be considered valid and attributable to the venue.

6. Invoices, tickets and reports

Documents generated by MiM are operational/proforma by default, unless explicit external fiscal setup is applied. The venue remains responsible for tax and accounting compliance.

7. Availability and changes

MiM may modify, pause or update features without prior notice due to technical, security or product evolution reasons.

8. Trial, subscription and cancellation

MiM onboarding includes an initial 30-day trial period from business registration. Once this period ends, service-panel access and public business visibility may be restricted until an active subscription exists.

Payment setup is handled through Stripe Checkout. MiM does not store full banking details (for example, full IBAN or full card number).

When recurring billing applies, renewal and cancellation are governed by the active Stripe configuration and MiM commercial terms published at that time.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts with competent jurisdiction under applicable regulations.
